Emerald Bowl update: Maryland and Oregon State are also tied at 7-all in San Francisco. There's 6:38 remaining in the first quarter in that game.
Earlier today: Boston College beat Michigan State 24-21 to win the Champs Sports Bowl.
How's Wendell doing? Staff writer Wendell Barnhouse picked Boston College to win, so that improves his prediction record to 3-6 for this bowl season. As far as tonight's games go, Wendell picked Oregon State and ... Houston. But fear not, Frog fans. Wendell also picked Arizona State to beat Texas last night and we all know how that turned out.
