No T.O. again

Receiver Terrell Owens missed his second consecutive practice today. Owens missed Tuesday's practice because of soreness in his hamstring. Coach Wade Phillips described Tuesday's absence as a day off to rest the veteran receiver.

The Cowboys have two practices today. The second practice begins at 3:30 p.m.

Owens missed much of last season's training camp with a sore hamstring. He missed the first three preseason games before taking the field for the final preseason game against Minnesota.
