SMU knuckleheads talk smack to TCU

I don't necessarily have a dog, or Frog, or Pony in this fight, but being the Kingpin of Cowtown I feel the need to defend our fair city and it's university against a couple of SMU Knuckleheads.

Check out these two guys, who are actually kinda funny, as they sing the praises of the once-mighty Mustang football team. "Pony Up!"

But at about the 2-minute mark in the video, they take a few swipes at TCU and its fair cheerleaders ("When they run onto the field, the fans yell: 'How 'bout them frogs!') Now that's just cold. Kinda like the GOP swipes at Hillary's thighs at today's straw poll.

Watch the Knuckleheads closely, though, because, as one little Lebowski achiever pointed out, their vid seems a little too polished for a You Tube deal. Could it be a product of the SMU athletic department trying to do some viral marketing? Sounds like a plausible conspiracy theory to me. What do you think? Either way, it makes for some fun Friday afternoon viewing.

AWESOMELY FUNNY. As a double SMU alum, who attended when we made mincemeat of TCU each and every year (we didn't lose to them once in the 7 years I was in undergrad or law school), I thought it was funny. TCU is now the way SMU was when I attended 30 years ago, so we all need to have a sense of humor about these things. A big thumbs up!!!
