Police link decapitation killer to more missing hikers

The possible trail of death linked to Gary Michael Hilton is still growing, according to authorities.

Hilton, being held in connection with the killing and decapitation of a hiker in Georgia, has been linked to the slaying of a hiker in North Carolina and the disappearance of her husband. Officials say he could be connected to the disappearance of another hiker in North Carolina, as well.

Hilton, in orange at right, is charged in the beating death and decapitation of Meredith Emerson, 24, whose body Hilton led authorities to after he made a deal with prosecutors that would save his life is he is convicted.
