Man wanted in double slaying, kidnap caught in Denton

Police in Denton reportedly captured a man this morning wanted in connection with the shooting deaths of a young woman and a baby girl and the kidnapping of her son in Kansas City, Kan.

We reported here earlier that he was expected to head to north Texas. That has apparently proven true.

Officials in Missouri issued a nationwide Amber Alert for Andrew Anthony Guerrero, who may be headed this direction with the dead woman's 3-year-old son, Seth Guerrero.

Andrew Guerrero, 23,  is 5-feet-9-inches tall, weighs about 170 and has brown hair and eyes. He  is believed to be driving a silver 2004 Nissan pickup with Kansas tag 503 AEA.
