2nd gun theory transcends Kennedy assassinations
The second gunman theory isn't just applied to the 1963 assassination of John F. Kennedy.
Two forensic experts say they can prove that the president's brother, Sen. Robert Kennedy, was the victim of a conspiracy involving more than one weapon when he was gunned down in 1968 during a campaign stop in Los Angeles.
Sirhan Sirhan was convicted of the shooting, which happened moments after the taking of the photo at right. (Star-Telegram's archive)
Pierre Thomas of ABC News filed this report on that theory.

Forensic time-wasters: These conspiracy gnomes always come out of the woodwork after the real work has been done, cataloged, investigated, re-investigated, reviewed, certified, logged, re-logged and second-guessed over and over, and at the time by multiple experienced homicide investigators and top forensic experts. To my personal knowledge, all the shots fired were accounted for by witnesses and evidence. Even the ceiling tiles with anything that appeared as could be bullet holes were removed at the time and booked as evidence. Later, even the replaced and new tiles were accused of having bullet holes that the initial experts were then accused of "missing," and were cited by other conspiracy "experts" as "proof" of a second gunman. But trying to number echoes of shots or other similar sounds as new shots might be proof to some as more shots, but they are only the dreams of hopeful conspiracy theorists looking for notoriety.
There's more, but just put it to rest, unless one believes that all the investigators, scientists, witnesses, and who knows how many others at the time, were all involved in a grand conspiracy to cover and blame just one shooter. But I'd just work on devising a pill to treat the believers.
