Travis County authorities have charged a man with illegal dumping (a state jail felony) in connection with a home police say he abandoned in a vacant lot.
The man was stopped by police in April because he didn't have the correct paperwork to transport the two-story home and was blocking traffic with the monstrosity, according to the Austin American-Statesman's The Blotter.
He promised at the time he'd have someone with the proper paperwork come back to pick the home up, according to the report.
And to top it all off -- a warrant obtained by the Statesman alleges this isn't the first time the man has been accused of illegally dumping a home.
