Houston Rockets player Carl Landry was shot in the leg before dawn Tuesday as he was buying fast food at a Houston area restaurant following a game.
He received a minor leg injury in what police have called a random shooting. Police said the Landry, 25, was taken to a Houston area hospital where he was treated and later released.
Police said his vehicle was struck twice by bullets.
