They say a picture is worth a thousand words, but for a couple who complained that they were improperly ticketed multiple times for running a red-light, a video may be worth a lot of money.
The couple, Steve and Cheryl Cornett, said they were improperly ticked by the city of Duncanville nearly a dozen times -- each ticket worth $75 -- for running the red light and they went on TV to complain about it.
The city of Duncanville's reply was to release traffic camera video that it said showed the couple's car running the red light each time. Steve Cornett later told a reporter that it's possible the city might have doctored the videos. The city denies that.
You can watch all 11 videos here at the city of Duncanville's Web site.

The city doctored the videos? Yeah, and Elvis was abducted by UFOs. What's more likely, the city having experts on hand that can manipulate videos, frame-by-frame, so well...and would actually do so...or these two got caught blowing through some red lights?
