Wearing what was obviously an appropriate Halloween costume, a man in Ohio dressed as a Breathalyzer was arrested for driving while intoxicated.
When stopped, the 20-year-old man began stuffing gum in his mouth and said he hadn't been drinking. When tested by a real Breathalyzer, his blood alcohol level was nearly twice the legal limit.
