Counterfeit money

October 09, 2007

Can you make change for a million, buddy?

Not even Dr. Evil from the Austin Powers movies would actually try to spend a (raise of the eyebrow here) -- $1 million bill.

But a man in Pittsburgh, Pa., tried to get change for one and became enraged after a clerk wouldn't accept it and the store manager confiscated the bogus money.

Maybe he should have tried that $1 billion bill. Authorities believe the bill originated at a Dallas ministry last year as part of a religious pamphlet.
