Big mess -- 121 - Bedford, Euless, Grapevine
Watch for delays of several minutes on northbound and southbound Texas 121 from NE Loop 820 in Hurst to Mustang Drive in Grapevine. Between noon and 2 p.m. today, the biggest problem was on northbound 121 from the 183 split toward Grapevine. But traffic was backing up on both sides of the highway in that area. Only one lane is getting through, as the Texas Department of Transportation places seal coating on the road shoulders. A TxDot advisory says the work will continue until about 5 p.m. today.
The delay is on the South Bound side of 121...not North Bound.

I was delayed for 1 1/1/2 hours this morning going north.
Will this be completed by tomorrow morning?

According to TxDot the whole project will be done by 5 p.m. today ... If that changes, I'll post an update asap ...

Too bad they are not doing any real work. I am sick and tired of the "Funnel" project getting delayed and delayed and delayed!! This has to be fixed!!
