Bush's ex-pollster: it's "Obama's race to lose.''

Dowd_2Hillary Clinton likes to say her recent wins in big U.S. states make her a much better candidate than Barack Obama when it comes to the race against Republican John McCain in the fall. But do intra-party primary victories mean anything by the time November rolls around?

Nope.

That's the word from President Bush's former pollster, Texan Matthew Dowd, who notes that the percentage of voters who turn out in the primaries pales in comparison to the turnout in November. He said about 30 million people will vote in the Democratic contest, for example, compared to an estimated 130 million who will participate in the general election.

"To put it bluntly, there is no relationship between primary success in any given state and November success in those states,'' Dowd writes in his recent ABC News blog.

Dowd also predicts the Illinois senator will start rising again in the polls and says the 2008 sweepstakes is still "obama's race to lose.''

Considering his defense of his "mentor" and "like family" friend, Jeremiah Wright, I'd say Obama is well on his way to losing. He has been unmasked as the candidate with the wife who is not proud of America and wrote a thesis on the mistreatment of blacks in her university, the pastor who damns America and blames white America for 9-11/AIDS/etc., and the church that is demanding different treatment for blacks at the expense (financial, social, and job-related) of other races. And Obama does not in any way decry the published descriptions of his church. Instead, he is evasive in trying to distance himself from the church and pastor. All his pointing out Hillary's tendency to exaggerate her experience is a smoke screen behind which he is hoping to hide his recent bad publicity. I wouldn't vote for Obama or Hillary either one based solely on their intentions to raise income taxes, put a huge tax on investments (which will completely crash the Stock Market), and spend billions on creating a health care nightmare. Everyone is blaming Bush for the economic collapse. Haven't they noticed that the economy was doing really well UNTIL we elected more Democrats into Congress in the last election? Since the Democrats became the majority, things have plummeted. We cannot afford any more Democrats!

To Proud American... sometime ago on one of Bush W. speechs, he'd bragged about Fortune magazine added 400 plus newly billionaiers to their list. Yesterday, Dept. of Labor announced that medicare benefits is going out higher then what's coming in and that by 2041 Social Security will end. This is not Mexico. I suggest that you and those like you get the hell of our country... No, in fact, I demand that all of you ant-socialism uproot yourselves with your families pack up and move your sorry asses to your choosing anti-socialism nation.

if you're an Obama supporter, bet the Obama camp is advising Rev. Wright to cool it. Think the Clinton camp feels independent and conservative democrats will begin to sway towards their camp each time Rev. Wright makes his speeches throughout the USA? Think the Clinton camp has not already mobilized members of their camp who most likely will join up with other conservative minded individuals to protest and picket wherever Rev. Wright makes a stop? Think the Clinton's don't know how to play that kind of hard ball politics? The divisive visual effects of those kinds of public demonstrations could be devastating for the Obama camp's ability to attract and sustain support of the aforementioned voters.

If you think a republican will win, you are just as insane as the rest of the people that will vote for incompetent, Mr. McCain. Come on, look at our world, how much damage do you want the repubicans to do? I don't care how much damage you try to do to the democrats, think about our sons that have lost their lives because of the greedy republicans.
