Congressman threatens to move border Texas city to Mexico
If U.S. Rep. Tom Tancredo ever decides to run for president again, he can probably skip stumping near the border.
Tancredo, a Republican from Colorado, attended a congressional hearing on the U.S.-Mexico border fence in Brownsville, the southern most city in Texas, yesterday.
Tancredo had little patience for those who opposed the fence, according to the Brownsville Herald.
"If you don't like the idea (of a fence), maybe you should consider building the fence around the northern part of your city," Tancredo said amid jeers from the audience.

I think Congressman Tom Tancredo should just take himself back to Colorado and stay there.

Go Tom! Enough of this Texican bull. We didn't steal Texas, the Mexican's lost it, not once, but twice. The Texas Revolution & the Mexican War. What do they want, a do over? If all these illegals can stumble across the border, who else has come across? What have they brought to wreck havoc in devastating ways? This isn't about a few homeowners who received their property in Spanish land grants back in the 1700's. This is about national security. The borders should have been locked down tight as a drum on Sept.12,2001, but they weren't. No more illegals, our local, state & national resources are being stretched beyond their limits. Adopt laws like Okla, no more subsidy's, that'll get'em out. Add to this the violence along the border, it's only matter of time before the whole area, both Tx/Mex, errupt into a full blown DMZ.
