Hillary Clinton appears in unearthed Wal-Mart videos
There's been a fair amount of chatter about what role Hillary Clinton might or might not have played as a member of Wal-Mart's board of directors between 1986 and 1992.
Now some old footage of the former first lady has surfaced, thanks to a trove of old internal company videos produced by a Kansas company that is no longer a Wal-Mart associate. The Wall Street Journal today recounts the saga of the former contractor, which is now apparently selling the videos to Wal-Mart detractors.
Critics of both Wal-Mart and Clinton will no doubt find some ammunition in the videos, but what caught the attention of PoliTex is the New York senator's folksy Arkansas accent. Take a look and a listen here. (Her appearance comes about three-quarters of the way into the short video, which starts with an introduction by Wal-Mart founder Sam Walton).

Wow...if any one is trying to pull something out of this against Hillary...then I would definately call that muckracking. I am an Obama supporter, and I do NOT believe that looking back years and pulling out info on a person's accent is a very good use of time. I am truely interested in understanding newsworthy differences. I am sure the Hillary fans would agree with me when I say...If you want to sway me...sway me with substance.

Wow...substance? How about sitting on the board of Walmart, no less, and using her Arkansas Snake Oil Salesman charm to sell us on the idea the she loaths "big business." She is so full of inconsistancies and lies...."watch out for those sniper bullets when in Iraq," and there's also the wonderful lie she like to tell about her being in a civil rights march in Boston after Martin Luther King's assasination when there is no such march ever being known to have happened. She's as slick as "Slick Willie".
How's that for substance...or in her case, lack there of...

If someone thinks that was an Arkansas accent, then someone needs to venture further east than Mesquite.
And BTW I do not favor the lady as a candidate. The point is: to make a point, someone has to have one in the first place.
