Rick Perry, Uncut

OK, it's cut a little.

But below is the audio of most of the conversation Gov. Rick Perry had with myself and S-T columnist Bud Kennedy at the TCU Barnes & Noble last night while waiting for a hailstorm to pass.

Paul Burka says some Perry staffers are now suggesting their boss's comment yesterday was a goof and that he may decide not to run. If that's true, his chat with us last night is even more intriguing because he offered no hint that he might back off.

How about the record of "most acres of TEXAS LAND given to foreign companies". Or, Most overseas trips taken with really rich big wigs who keep their meetings secret"? Or "the most tax payer roads converted to tolls"?

Oleagg

The only thing Rick Perry has done as Governor of Texas that I agree with is support the Boy Scouts opposition to homosexuality. Otherwise, he is a big LOSER. I would not vote for him for dog catcher.

The Pro-Texas Corridor Governor won't be getting my vote. He's a politician thru and thru and he cares a lot about Rick Perry!

Rick is running, again? All the more reason to sell Texas back to Mexico, now, while we can still get something for it.
