Date set for Brimer/Davis case

The showdown will take place July 22nd at 9 a.m. in front of Judge Tom Lowe of the 236th District Court.

Each side will have an hour to make their case.

For those keeping track, this will be the second hearing on the issue of Davis' eligibility. The first case was thrown out by a three-judge panel in January who said three Fort Worth firefighters didn't have legal standing. A play-by-play of that hearing is here.
