Armey: We don't polish boots

Armey ST. PAUL, Minn. -- Former House Majority Leader Dick Armey told fellow Texans one thing he likes to tell people when he's visiting other states.

"We in Texas don't polish our boots very often," he said with a grin. "But we never polish anyone else's."
