ST. PAUL, Minn. -- On this second day of the National Republican Convention, things are shaping up to be a busy day for Texans.
At this morning's Texas delegation breakfast, several speakers -- ranging from Fort Worth-trained minister turned politician Mike Huckabee to presumptive presidential nominee John McCain's mother -- are expected to rally the crowd.
Not to mention a noon luncheon that is to include Texas' own Roger Williams and Carl Rove.
A private prayer rally is scheduled for 4 p.m. for delegations from Texas, Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi and Florida.
And that's all before the general session -- if it proceeds as originally planned at 6:20 p.m.
