Rove: Get a haircut

Rove ST. PAUL, Minn. -- Karl Rove had a short message for fellow Texan Roger Williams today.

"Roger, I've only got two words for you -- hair cut," he said dryly. "I know this is the 100th year of LBJ's birth, but there's no need to mark it in such a personal way."
