Republican US Sen. John Cornyn, Democrat Rick Noriega, a state representative from Houston, and Libertarian Yvonne Schick will face off in a debate tonight at 8pm. Cornyn and Noriega will square off again in a second debate next week. You can watch both live on KERA.

I was very disappointed with Cornyn's continuous inability to answer the questions. He always fell back on something about not having enough time to discuss the question and would fail to give an answer even though Noriega and Schick had plenty of time.
