David Cook gets on the Switchfoot

Well, THAT doesn't sound like Collective Soul to me, so this might not be the no-duh song choice we expected.

David C. does "Dare You to Move," which continues the earnest vein we've been in tonight ("Welcome to the planet/welcome to existence," eh?). He's kinda rocky, and by that I mean his voice has crags and rough spots, not that he's rocking out.

Randy praises the song choice, but says (accurately) that it was pitchy, Paula says it was rushed and incomplete, and Simon isn't too thrilled with it, either.
