Southwest is making some cuts to its winter schedule that are a bit deeper than usual for that time of year. Still, airline officials tell us it doesn't signal that the airline has intensified its plans to rein in growth next year. Gary Kelly's forecast that growth may be flat still stands, said spokesman Chris Mainz.
